At Denam Apartment Limited (DAL), we want you to know what to expect during your stay. Please review our policies before making a reservation.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 pm
Check-out: 12 noon
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel approval.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to give guests reasonable flexibility while allowing the hotel to manage room availability.
- Free cancellation: Cancel by 12 noon on your arrival date without a cancellation charge.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made after 12 noon on the arrival date will incur a charge equal to 50% of one night’s room rate.
- No-show: Guests who fail to arrive without cancelling will forfeit the payment made for their booking.
Please review the cancellation terms apllicable to your reservation before confirming your booking.
Payment Policy
DAL accepts payment by bank transfer, POS and online payment.
Cash payments are subject to hotel management’s approval.
Any applicable deposit requirements and payment conditions will be communicated during the booking process.
Caution Fee
A refundable caution fee is payable in addition to the room rate:
- One-Bedroom Deluxe: ₦50,000
- Two-Bedroom Executive: ₦70,000
- Smart Penthouse Suite: ₦100,000
The caution fee is refundable subject to the hotel’s applicable conditions.
Taxes and Charges
Applicable taxes will be included in the total booking price so guests can see the amount payable upfront.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at DAL. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
